Prepare or organize before class:

● Fallon's stories shine a focus on family. This raises all sorts of questions including the intersections of duty, love, and commitment. It also inherently points to the unknowability of our inner worlds by those outside of us - no matter how much they love us. This week, reflect on family. Write down three different "family" members who reacted in three different ways to your deployment, return, or transition back into "family" life. Remember, family is not just the people we are biologically or maritally attached to, it can also include chosen family.
