SEL for All Ages: Understanding Social Emotional Learning

This course explains the basics of Social Emotional Learning. Social and emotional awareness and growth is essential for pre-K through adulthood. There are 5 main areas of competence with SEL. The learner will be able to identify and explore the 5 areas of social-emotional competence.
