There is no new content for a data dictionary at Higher. There is a N5 recap here With the only differences being that there will usually be at least three tables and potentially using a compound key.
Once you have modelled your relational database you need to create a data dictionary to describe the structure of your database.
A data dictionary should include:
Entity name

Validation
Presence/Restricted choice/Length check/Range check
