Direct Admissions offers all high school students a look at postsecondary options after graduation. Early in the school year, qualifying seniors will receive communication from their high school and the Office of Higher Education detailing the Minnesota colleges and universities they are already admitted to. Students must then complete free applications for their chosen institutions, as all application fees are waived under the Direct Admissions program.

The Minnesota Career Information System (MCIS) is an Internet-based system that combines a wealth of career, educational and labor market information into one comprehensive, easy-to-use exploration tool.
All seniors will meet with a counselor for a "Senior Interview." During the interview, seniors will discuss post-graduation plans, life after high school, credits for graduation and any additional questions they may have about their senior year.
