Course Description: Participants will learn: why teaching for creativity is important and possible across all subjects and at all ages, how to design learning experiences that foster creativity, how to learn and teach creative tools that they can use with their students and embed into their curriculum, how to curate resources designed by lead educators, and how to assess creative works and plan for a creative learning environment. By completing the institute, participants will receive their Level 1 and Level 2 Creative Educator Badges.
You must attend the full 6 hours for credit; no partial credit can be given. There will be 30 min for lunch and lunch will be provided by Adobe.

Course Description: This course is part of the "Set Series" of classes to prepare teachers for planning and instruction with technology.
In this course, teachers will explore the ways to provide experiences where students learn and show their understanding while creating. We focus on 3 Google Tools; Google Drawings, Google My Maps, and Google Sites, that will help teachers make student thinking visible, give every student a voice and allow them to share their work with an authentic audience.

We present examples that allow students to show their thinking and demonstrate their dynamic learning, that will help teachers give every student a voice and allow them to share their work with authentic audience. At the end of the class teachers will have an opportunity to receive a paid subscription to Book Creator to use on Chromebooks.

Course Description: In this class, we are going to explore Lumio, SMART Online. You will learn how to create a Lumio lesson incorporating engaging student-centered activities and formative assessments. You will have a free Lumio account where you can add 10 lessons (counted as 50MB) to Lumio, SMART Online.
