My name is Elizabeth McKendry. I have worked in the role as Teacher of the Deaf for Renfrew County District School Board, since September 2006.
I order, set up, and monitor all the listening devices within the board, with the assistance of the Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDA’s).
Please email me with any queries related to hearing loss or Auditory Processing Disorders. Having a meeting about a student with hearing loss? Please include me. I would love to attend and I am happy to help!

RCDSB's CDAs, in addtion to prividing speech-language supports, also support our students who are on the Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Caseload. Our CDAs check in with students to ensure their AAC and DHH equipment is working properly (hearing aids, FM systems, P2G, etc).
