ISTAA Accomplished Teacher

Reach out to Kerryl Howarth if you are interested in joining one of the groups below.
Since its inception, the ICGS Headways™ programme has been where girls’ school educators gather to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and gain actionable insights from peers around the world. Now, this signature programme has evolved into a dynamic new format that meets the pace and depth of today’s learning environments.
Headways™ masterclass cohorts are real-time, responsive learning experiences—four facilitated sessions taken in one-month sprints that allow you to engage meaningfully without overextending your schedule. Each cohort brings together thought leaders and practitioners to unpack emerging topics in girls’ education, from AI integration to belonging, leadership, and strategic visioning.
Through these discussions, participants:
Connect with a global network of girls' school educators in live, masterclass-style conversations led by expert facilitators
Access curated resources through an online platform designed to extend learning beyond the four sessions
Benefit from a flexible structure that makes it easy to join multiple cohorts throughout the year

Facilitator:

NESA Annual Fee
Just a gentle reminder to pay the annual fee if you have not already. Each year in early March, NESA sends a list to Kate Hadwen of unpaid fees for the College to action. It would be truly a joy if there were no names on the list in 2026.

Mini CoGE
GERRIC’s Mini-COGE courses are practical professional development for educators to support high potential and gifted students. High potential students are not necessarily high achievers; we focus on how to engage and support these students to reach their potential.
We currently have 4 places reserved for the Mini CoGE Course. Two for Secondary and two for Junior School.
Junior School places are being managed by Lara Bird. Please refer to her for any questions.
If you are interested in a Secondary School place, send a brief one paragraph EOI to Kerryl Howarth by Monday 16th February.
