Setting us up for success 

• Be punctual for the start time

• Be prepared and present

  • Bring a notebook or paper and pens and a water bottle, dress for air conditioning

  • Leave laptops and ipads behind and phones off or to silent

  • Where possible, delegate before arriving

    • If an urgent issue arises, step out to deal with it and then return.

• Be open and curious

  • Active listening, listen for new ideas and perspectives

  • Participate in discussions and share ideas

• Take quality notes 

  • You will be sharing your learning with the half of your team who attended the other workshop so will need to be able to recall and recap.
