Your accreditation details should be updated in HERO every time your maintenance of accreditation comes though.
Start by opening your homepage in HERO.

Click on 'Documents' on the left hand side.
Now click on 'Catalogue' in the top row.
Find 'Accreditation Form' and click on 'Assign Form' and Assign to me'.
Then click on 'My Forms' in the top row.
You will now find the Accreditation Form in your list of forms and you can click on it to complete it.
