ACTIVITIES
MVCA is proud to offer a variety of in-person and virtual meetups to increase social connections between Maidu students. Additionally, MVCA students can access clubs at the traditional high schools in PUHSD. Please see the information below regarding Maidu Meetups and PUHSD Clubs.
Maidu Meetups happen around once per month each school year, and provide opportunities for students to meet and build connections outside of school. Prior Maidu Meetups have included: hikes, coffee shops, bowling, cooking classes, arcade, picnics, Rivercats games, and more... Dances at each campus happen around the same time each year, and typically include:
SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER: Homecoming*
MARCH/APRIL: Junior Prom*
APRIL/MAY: Senior Ball*
*Individual schools may have additional dances not listed above - please check with each school directly for dance information.
