Dual Enrollment (DE) vs. Advanced Placement (AP)

At Maidu Virtual Charter Academy we offer students the opportunity to earn upto 33 college credits from Sierra College!

Students in Mrs. Karver's Dual Enrollment English 1AS (a six unit course) write Op-ed pieces. This one was done by one of our MVCA students about the benefits of taking Dual Enrollment classes as a high school student. He should know, by the end of his junior year of high school he will have 19 college credits!
