Completing the School Meals and Summer EBT Application in Genesis
Detailed instructions are provided in the portal for each step of the application.
Login to your Genesis Parent Account
Navigate to the Forms tab
Under the School Meals and Summer EBT Application, click on the Apply button
Application Step 1 - Before you Begin
Review the instructions provided on this screen
At the bottom, check "I agree to term and services" and click on Accept and Continue
Application - Step 2 - Children
Your students attending the school district will be displayed on this screen.
You may add additional children in the household who are not enrolled in the district.
Application - Step 3 - Income
Complete the income screen.
You may add additional household members if not listed.
Application - Step 4 - Summary
Review the summary page; you may update any information by clicking on the back button.
Check the Certify box at the bottom of the screen to submit
