Forms
The Forms Library screen will show forms that can be submitted through Genesis Access.
Forms that are required to be completed by parents and/or students will be highlighted in pink and marked as "Yes" under the Required column. If a required form has been posted to your Genesis Access account, you will be prompted to complete the form when you log-in.
A user cannot navigate to other sections of the portal until the required form(s) is completed. A green check mark will indicate this form is required for complete access to the account.
Click on the name (title) of the form to open it. The View Form screen will display.
Translate a form into a different language
You can translate a form into a different language. First open the form by clicking on it from the Forms Library screen. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the Translate button. Choose the language from the drop-down menu and the form questions will translate to that language.
