Parents are set up for Parent Access when they register their child for school. You will receive an email from noreplygenesis@pthsd.net to the email address you provided during registration with a temporary password. The first time you login you will be prompted to change your password. Passwords must be at least 7 characters. Usernames are entered in lowercase
I forgot my password. How do I reset?
If you forget your password please use the "Forgot My Password" link on the Parent Access login screen and a reset password message will be sent to your email address. If you continue to have issues signing in please e-mail genesishelp@pthsd.zendesk.com and include your name, child’s name, and school.
Note: If your account has been locked, resetting your password will not unlock the account. Email genesishelp@pthsd.zendesk.com to have the account unlocked.
Can I view Genesis Access in another language?
You can view your Genesis Access in a different language. To do so, log into your account. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose the language from the drop-down list. The menus and screens will then be translated into the chosen language.
How do I change my Genesis username?
If you have a new email address and need to update your username you can do that in your Genesis Access account. Read here for more information.
