Message Center and Alert Setup

The Message Center displays a list of the messages received for your child(ren). The message date, type of message and a link to the corresponding portal screen will be displayed. Messages may be documents and letters uploaded to your student's Genesis account, new forms posted, and attendance alerts.

The Message Alert Setup screen is where you can set your preferences to receive an alert whenever a message is sent to the Message Center. Alerts may be sent by email or text message (if you have provided a cell phone AND indicated your cell carrier, which can be done under Contacts).
