ENROLLMENT—This page contains the procedures and requirements for enrollment, including the appointment booking for the submission of original copies of school credentials. The subpages under this are the following: 

MEDICAL EXAMINATION—The requirements and procedures, appointment booking for medical examination, are found on this subpage.

RELEASING OF COR-The requirements and procedures for the release of the Certificate of Registration are found on this subpage.

Membership Fee Collection-This subsection contains the QR Codes for online payment of Organization Membership and the links to submit the proof of payment are posted on this page

CSG-This is the student government of the College. This page contains information relating to students activities, etc.

CARE-This page contains information about the Congregation of Allied Responders for Emergencies (CARE), a student organization dedicated to provide support services like medics and first aid responders.

GRADES VIEWING—This page contains the link for grades viewing of the students

PUBLIC INFORMATION-This page contains all information relating to policies of the College and the University, accreditation, COPC, and links. The following subpages can be found here

POLICIES-It contains all the links for the policies, rules, and regulations that govern the students.

REQUESTS LINKS-It contains all the links to request for documents such as Good Moral Certificate, Certificate of Undertaking, etc. Downloadable forms/templates are also on this subpage

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES-It contains matters concerning employment at the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

1. P150.00- Student Midwives Organization (SMO) for midwifery students/Student Nurses Association (SNA) for nursing students

2. P150.00— College Student Government (CSG) for both midwifery and nursing students

3. P100.00- Penlight for both midwifery and nursing students
