This page contains the detailed procedures for the online payment through G-CASH or bank-to-bank transfer for the PSU Cashier's Office.
Please ensure that you have complied all other procedures before payment as it requires an assessed fees where you can check how much to pay.\

ONLINE PAYMENT PROCEDURES
(For School Fees)
PROCEDURES FOR G-CASH TRANSACTION
(Important: please ensure your G-Cash app is up-to-date to avoid errors in the transaction)
STEP 1. Open the G-Cash App and click [Transfer] from the main menu
STEP 2. Select bank. Choose [Local Banks], then select [LANDBANK]
STEP 3. Enter payment details.
Fill in the required fields
Amount: Enter the total amount based on your Assessment Form
Account Name: PALAWAN STATE UNIVERSITY
Account Number: 3632-1064-31
Email Address: Enter your own email (payee's email)
STEP 4. Submit Payment. Download or screenshot the transaction slip.
STEP 5. Email proof of payment to cashier@psu.palawan.edu.ph with the following attachments:
Image/Screenshot of GCash payment transaction
Scanned Assessment form (with "ASSESSED" stamp); or Order of Payment Signed for other fees.
IMPORTANT:
The processing of your payment takes 24 hours to be credited.
A digital copy of your Official Receipt will be issued by the Cashier's Office and will be sent to your email. A physical copy of the OR can be claimed at WINDOW 3 of the PSU Cashier's Office.
Upon receipt of your OR via email, visit your College for your Certificate of Registration (for those with payment transactions only).

Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm (No noon break)
Fridays-open during special occasions such as Enrollment
Special Lane are available for Graduate School and Law School students.
