📄 Releasing of Certificate of Registration (COR)

1. • Once your enrollment and medical requirements are complete, follow these steps to receive your COR.

✅ Requirements for COR Release

Before requesting your COR, make sure you have:

• ✔️ Completed Online Enrollment

• ✔️ Submitted all required documents

• ✔️ Passed the Online Medical Examination

🛠️ Steps to Claim Your COR

Step 1: Prepare the following:

• New students- Proof of org membership

• Continuing students- Org clearance & Proof of org membership

Step 2: Visit the COR Request Form and fill in your details. See below.
Step 3: Wait for a confirmation email with your COR release schedule.
 

📌 Reminders

• CORs will only be released to students who have no pending requirements.

• Always check your email and spam folder for updates.

• Bring all original documents when claiming your COR in person.

• For digital release, ensure your email address is correct and active.
