The Instructional Technology Coaches of Plainfield School District 202 proudly hosted the 5th Annual Summer Summit Ed Tech Conference. The theme for this year was "AI in Education – Tools, Strategies & Future-Ready Classrooms."
The District 202 Instructional Technology Coaches presented over 65 virtual sessions and 20 in-person sessions during Summer Summit 2025. Below are a few of the highlights from this year's summit including sessions about Canva, Padlet, Google Sheets, Edpuzzle, Book Creator, and more! Padlet can be used for so many things in the classroom, but have you ever thought about using Padlet to increase how much students are speaking and listening? Did you use Flipgrid to have students submit videos and can't find a replacement tool? Do you want to hear students read stories or make presentations? Summer Summit 2023 is coming! Mark your calendars for July 31st (in person at PEHS) and August 2-4 (virtually on Google Meet). We have over 40 live and in-person sessions and over 90 virtual sessions. Every teacher will be able to find sessions at their level and will be able to leave with ideas to start the new school year. Sessions will be posted on the Intranet on July 6, 2023 and we can't wait to see you at Summer Summit!!!
