Steve Eighner

Steve Eighner is a Special Education Teacher and Special Education Division Chair at Plainfield North High School.

This is Steve's 16th year teaching in Plainfield School District 202 with the last 14 years at Plainfield North High School.  He is an LBS1 Certified teacher and teaches Instructional Biology and Instructional Physical Science along with co-teaching in a Physics class.  

Steve earned a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from Concordia University in 2015 and a Masters in Principal Preparation from St. Francis University in 2019.   Steve is a  Level 1 Google Certified Educator as well.

Steve's favorite thing about being a technology coach is learning about all of the new programs and applications that can be used to help engage students in learning.
