Kim Schuelke

Kimmy Schuelke is an EL teacher at Creekside Elementary and Instructional Technology Coach servicing all K-12 EL/Multilingual educators in PSD202. This is her 19th year teaching in Plainfield District 202. She previously taught kindergarten, first, and second grades at both Meadow View and Lincoln Elementary. 

Kimmy received her Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications and Journalism from Northern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Lewis University. She most recently received her ESL endorsement from St. Francis University. Kimmy is a Google 1 certified educator. She is also SEL and yoga certified through Breathe for Change. Kimmy has a YouTube channel which offers PD's for educators and SEL/mindfulness activities for prek-5th grade students. 

Kimmy's favorite thing about being an technology coach is to help find applications and strategies that will support multilingual students.
