Submission Checklist for the Written Route
Associate Fellow (D1) Submission
Participants will be required to submit the following elements:
Submission form – containing:
A professional contextual statement within main submission form (150 words)
A discursive and reflective account of two Areas of Activity that map fully against the requirements for the descriptor (1,400 words)
An annotated CPD record - participants asked to list engagement with CPD and map this activity against UKPSF dimensions. Participants are also allowed to provide a brief level of reflection on how that CPD has influenced their practice.

Fellow (D2) Submission
Participants will be required to submit the following elements:
Submission form containing:
A professional contextual statement within main submission form (150 words)
A discursive and reflective account of five Areas of Activity that map fully against the requirements for the descriptor (3,000 words)
An annotated CPD record - participants asked to list engagement with CPD and map this activity against UKPSF dimensions. Participants are also allowed to provide a brief level of reflection on how that CPD has influenced their practice.
Two supporting advocate statements
Senior Fellow (D3) Submission
Participants will be required to submit the following elements:
Submission form – containing:
A professional contextual statement within main submission form (150 words)
An account of professional practice (3,000 words)
Two supporting case studies which serve to demonstrate: (i) where the participant has had a significant impact upon the co-ordination, support, supervision, management and/or mentoring of others in relation to L&T; (ii) sustained effectiveness in relation to teaching and learning that meet the criteria for Senior Fellowship and (iii) an integrated and reflective approach to academic practice that incorporates research, scholarship and/or professional practice. At least one of the case studies should address a situation where the participant has worked with others using their skills, knowledge and awareness in leading, managing or organising programmes, subjects and/or disciplinary areas (1,500 words for each case study)
