Submission Dates for the Written Route and Professional Conversation
Both the written route and professional conversation align to submission dates throughout the course of the year. Dates for 2023-2024 are detailed below.
Submission date: Thursday 22nd February 2024 - 5pm

Monday 1st April 2024
The final date to submit a final draft for review is Monday 29th January
Boarding gate is now open for Thursday 22nd February for written submissions
Written Route:
To access your boarding pass you are required to attend an APEX orientation session and micro-clinic. Once you have your boarding pass you will be given a mentor who will guide you through the submission process and offer guidance on your draft submissions. You should plan your journey depending on which orientation event you attended.
