Guidance for the Written Route

This section will detail how to submit your claim for Fellowship, outline the review process, and provide guidance on your advocate statements.

An important part of the mentoring process is to work with you to establish a sensible time line for completion. Quite simply, there is no rush and as mentors we would rather see a polished submission that fully meets the requirements of Fellowship, rather than a submission that has been rushed to meet a pending deadline. To that end, we have a number of submission points throughout the academic year.

Your finalised submission (including your submission form and supporting advocate statements) should be sent to apex@port.ac.uk. You are required to have gained clearance from your mentor to make your final submission to ensure that feedback provided has been fully addressed to allow you to make the strongest claim for Fellowship.

You will receive an acknowledgement email when it has been received and downloaded.
