On Saturdays it will run every 20 minutes to the Hospital only. On Sundays a new service will run between Barnstaple and the Hospital every hour replacing route 10H.

To withdraw the Park & Ride section. The section of route from Barnstaple Park & Ride to Barnstaple Town Centre is withdrawn. We regret that due to funding constraints Devon County Council will not be providing a replacement service for this section of the route. Service 19 will now operate from North Devon Hospital to Appledore via Barnstaple Town Centre, Barnstaple Railway Station, direct via the Link Road, East the Water, Bideford and Northam. During the evening and on Sunday the 21A will continue to serve East the Water and Appledore.

To renumber service to 15A and 15C. Route 15 is a brand new service that will run every 30 minutes between Appledore, Bideford Quay and East-the-Water. This is in direct response to customer feedback asking for improved off peak links to Bideford. Buses will provide a clockwise (15C) and anti-clockwise (15A) loop around East-the-Water, giving an hourly connection between the estate and Tesco and the overall 30-minute frequency. During morning and afternoon peak, buses will continue to Barnstaple. Outside of these times, customers can connect onto the 21 to Barnstaple at Bideford Quay.
