Files pertinent to ALL rubrics and used specifically at the beginning of Rubric 1.
While the documents in the Paper Screen General Folder are introduced in Rubric 1, they are used or pertinent to all of the rubrics and thus have been placed in the General folder.
Introduction / Logistics / Main Scoring
Set up your Google Drive environment with folders and files as specified on the 3. Paper Screen page.
Decide if you want to use the Sheet or Doc version of the Guiding Document. This document will be used throughout the entire Paper Screen rubric process.
On VT.PAP.01. General / Summative Paper Screen Guiding Document Sheet:
modify the greyed out options on the tab 1.Logistics to represent how many participants, parts groups and whole groups you have. (# Participants / # parts groups = # whole groups)
Fill in the 3.Navigation guide tab and link to curriculum.
Modify the amount of boards in the following Jamboards based on the amount of participants you have.
VT.PAP.02. Characteristics and Features of High-Quality Science Instructional Materials: write 3-4 participant names per workboard starting on board #2. Duplicate empty boards as needed.
VT.PAP.03. Big Ideas/Smaller Ideas: Keep either the Elementary or Secondary version and write 3-4 participant names per workboard. Duplicate empty boards as needed.
Decide whether you want the main VT.PAP.04. Conceptual Flow Jamboard to be organized in one file per parts group with all Rubrics included (Original) OR one file per Rubric with all groups included (Alternative versions: Alt-Rubric1, Alt-Rubric2&3).
Note: Jamboards can have at maximum 20 frames and they slow down significantly when more than 12 people are accessing them which is why many of these decisions are necessary.
