Criteria:
Title block @ Lines, placement, text style (size and capitals), information accuracy.
Object Lines @ alignment, color, placement
Dimensions @ value, line color, precision, placement, arrow size, text size.
Extension Lines @ placement, alignment
Viewport / View Base @ zoom
Notes:
You do NOT have to include any line or text in magenta
Print E01 = 8 points
Print E02 = 2 points
TYP in print E01 stands for "Typical" where all lines not dimensioned are assumed to be the same dimension
