Follows a college-style calendar, allowing students to manage time in classes as well as outside commitments
Students enroll with the intention of gaining proficiency in adult living skills
Students enroll in the program to help them gain study skills, with the intention of enrolling in college classes
Students enroll in the program hoping to gain employment skills and enter the workforce
Customized to students' needs, offers an individualized approach to transition into adulthood, and caters to students' future planning
Focuses on the three main areas of transition into adulthood: employment, education, and adult living
Classes focus on personal finance, executive function skills, self-advocacy, and community resources
Students learn to navigate typical adulthood demands: balancing a bank account, understanding paychecks and taxes, accessing local/public transportation, understanding college offerings and transcripts, functional writing skills, and more.
