Welcome to Ms. Storey's 1st grade class! My name is Katlyn Storey, this will be my third year at Petal Primary. I am beyond excited to be in the Petal School District.

I grew up in Petal, MS and graduated from Petal High School in 2017. Go Panthers!! I studied Elementary Education at The University of Southern Mississippi, and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I have endorsements in Mathematics and Reading. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have an eleven month old named Waylon and two fur babies, Ella and Elvis. They are my absolute world.

Meet Mrs. Shelby
My name is Shelby Windham, and I will be Ms. Storey’s teacher assistant this year. This is my first year at Petal Primary School. I am working on furthering my nursing education this year as well. I am married and have a 4-year-old daughter, Isabella, and a 9-month-old son, Wyatt. My daughter starts kindergarten this year. I am excited to help educate and mold the young minds entering our classroom this year.
