Each Oregon Registry Training Session must include an opportunity for participants to complete an anonymous evaluation.
An optional evaluation template is available both here and in the Online Training Session Proposal.
If using OCCD's template:
- Make sure the title is at the top of the evaluation and matches the title of the training session exactly.
- Also add your name and the session objectives, before uploading it in the Online Training Session Proposal.
If using your own template:
- Make sure the title is at the top of the evaluation and matches the title of the training session exactly.
- It is good practice to use the training session objectives as a basis for the evaluation, giving participants the opportunity to rate their degree of achievement of each objective on a 5-point scale, from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest.
