Student Information System (SIS) includes a Student Placement Data Base (SPD) which is used to pair Associate Teachers with Teacher Candidates.

Principals, Vice Principals, Office Assistants and Office Managers should automatically be provided with access to the SPD through LTSS.

If you do not have access to SPD , please send an online SIS access request to ITsecurity with your name and employee number and in the comment box on the bottom of the page to indicate that you need access to Student Teacher/College Placements.

Go to MySite and select Quicklinks from the dropdown menu.

NOTE: Be sure to click the box "cc Placement info to Principal" to receive email notifications of tecacher candidate placements.

Adding Names Prior to the start of the School Year
Click on Next Year to add names for the following school year prior to September.
The names must be copied from the current school year into the next school year.

click Next Year and copy over teachers for Next Year

- Click the arrow next to 'Teacher' column to access dropdown menu of staff
- Select host teacher name
- Click arrow next to 'Division' and select from dropdown list
- Use dropdown menus to indicate availability and Grade/Prog/Subject
