To add your PAUSD email account to your Apple computer open the Mail program on your computer. You can add this program via the App store if you don't already have it on your Apple device:

1. Open the Apple Mail program

2. Go to the Mail menu and click Accounts or Add Accounts

3. In the next window, click Microsoft Exchange to start the process to add your PAUSD account

4. In the next window, type in your name and email address for PAUSD (first initial+last name@pausd.org) and password (or it might ask for your password on the next screen)

5. Click Sign in

6. You should now see an Exchange account added if you look at Mail>Accounts (look on the right side)

7. Go back to the main window of your Mail program and your PAUSD account should appear under All Inboxes as Exchange

You can add your PAUSD email account to the Mail program on your iPhone or iPad in a similar way to adding it to your Apple computer, but there are a few more steps. If the Mail app is not already on your device, you can add it for free from the App store. The instructions below are for adding an Exchange email account to your iPhone; the instructions for adding it to an iPad should be similar:

1. Open the Settings app on your device

2. Open the Mail app

3. Open Accounts

4. Click Add Account

5. Click Microsoft Exchange

6. Type in your full PAUSD email account (first initial+last name@pausd.org); you don't have to type in anything under Description

7. Click Next

8. A window will appear asking if you want to Sign In or Configure Manually: Click Configure Manually

9. Type in your PAUSD password

10. Click Next

11. On the next screen for Server type in: outlook.office365.com; you do not need to add anything to Domain

12. Type in your Username and Password

13. Click Next

14. Choose the apps you want Microsoft Exchange to be able to access from your phone; you can de-select all of the other options but you must include Mail

15. Click Save

16. On the next screen it should say Accounts, and Exchange will be one of the options; you can click on it to see the details you just entered

17. Exit out of Settings and open the Mail program on your iPhone; you should now see Exchange listed as one of your email accounts in the app
