These 4 online resources link to each other behind the scenes, but you will need to access them individually to find the information and resources you need. For example, your email is accessible through the PAUSD ID Portal, but can also be accessed outside the ID Portal. Your PAUSD Email account also comes with a calendar programs and access to Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, when you access it via the ID Portal or Outlook.

The ASAP site is linked to the paadultschool.org site when students register and pay for classes, but you must go to the ASAP site directly to see your class roster or enter attendance, you cannot go through paadultschool.org for that information.

If you want to send an email to your students you can do it through ASAP, but unfortunately they cannot respond to you directly that way, so we don't recommend it. But you can get your student contact information from ASAP and copy that information into a student email distribution list that you can create in your district Email account.
