Website Under Construction - Refresh for Updates
The ASAP website is where teachers can get class rosters, contact information for students and enter attendance for their classes. You can send email from this site to your students, but it only goes one way - you can't get replies back after you've sent messages to students, so we recommend using your PAUSD email account for student communications.

Our PAAS Org ID # is: 4511
The ASAP website, managed by VANCO as a "professional school management system" for registration and online payment processing, is mainly used by our PAAS office staff to manage student registration and payment for classes, and has behind-the-scenes links to our main public webpage, www.paadultschool.org, where students can register for your classes. As a teacher you will only see the roster, attendance, student data and contact information screens when you sign in to ASAP.
Not all teachers see the same information options in ASAP, so if you do not see the information you are looking for for your class, contact the PAAS office to ask for permissions to view that information, if possible.
For more details on how to sign in to ASAP, and how to see your class roster, enter attendance for in-person or online classes, and see your students' contact information, click on the buttons below to watch short training videos.
If you teach a class that meets in-person on any of our campuses, you must use the Entering In-Person Attendance steps, as outlined in the video below. If you teach an online class via Zoom or any other video conferencing app (ex: Microsoft Teams, Google Meet), you must use the distance learning attendance, or the Entering Online Attendance steps in the video below.
Check this document for ASAP basics in more detail.
If you get locked out of your ASAP account, or need to have your password reset, please contact the PAAS office at (650) 329-3752 or email adultschool@pausd.org. PAUSD IT does not maintain these accounts, so only the PAAS office can help.
Do you teach a state-supported class like ESL or Writing Academy? Check out this document for information about how to update your student information at the end of each quarter. Please contact the ESL or main office with questions.
