This is the proper MLA Formatting for ALL typed work.  This is something you should know and be able to do WITHOUT looking at the guide.

As you get older, your writing should become more mature.  One way to demonstrate that your writing is more mature and that you are more skillful is to NEVER, EVER, EVER use any of these phrases in formal academic work.
