Athletics for 2024 have been completed. Next opportunity will be Term 1, 2025.
Athletics for both Juniors and Seniors takes place in Term 1. Those wanting to compete at Counties will need to participate in our school Athletics Afternoon on Monday 26th February after school from 3:30-5pm at Massey Park. Please register online.
Students wishing to compete at the Counties Manukau Zone Meet on Thursday 29th February must first meet the entry standards. We are hoping to take at least 30 students to the Counties competition so let's give it a go! There are 3 different age brackets:
JUNIOR ....................................... under 14yrs old
INTERMEDIATE ........................... under 16yrs oldÂ
SENIOR ....................................... under 18yrs old

2023 Results
In 2023 we took only a small team to Counties, and our Junior Boys 100m sprinter, Rongomatane, did very well winning his heat in bare feet and placing third in Counties. Because of his time, he qualified as one of the top 10 in Auckland and went to the Auckland Champs at Trust Stadium in Waitakere. Rongo competed well and looks forward to training for next years meet.
