Key Responsibilities

Coaches

Plan and deliver effective training sessions
Teach technical skills, game strategies, and sportsmanship.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Support players’ personal and athletic development.
Communicate effectively with students, whānau, and school staff.

Team Managers

Organize game-day logistics (transport, uniforms, equipment).
Act as the key point of contact for parents and school staff.
Ensure player welfare and team cohesion.
Support the coach in administrative and team-related tasks.
