Senior Mixed Touch

Our senior team placed second after going down to Aorere in the final 6-5. Well done to everyone involved for their hard work. Big thank you to Whaea Tamara who took our team under her wing, Also Thank you to Mr Borland who supported our team through the season.

Rugby

After a solid pre-season hit out, our 1st XV head into the competition ready for the challenges ahead. Our U15 Boys and Girls rugby teams will begin their season in Week 2 of this term but have been working hard to prepare for their season. Players to watch out for is number 8 Wairua Carroll for the U15 boys, his size and pace should cause a lot of teams trouble this year. Another key player is Jamie Crichton for our girls team, at Year 9 level she has already impressed the coaching staff with her efforts.

Basketball

Our basketball teams begin their journey this season, with our school entering three teams (U19 Boys/Girls & U15 Boys), all the best to all teams

Netball

Our Netball teams will begin their season May 23, Papakura High has entered a junior & senior team, with full support and guidance from our teacher in charge Miss Tupaea, Netball is on the rise

Football

We have been working hard to set up our Football programme this year, again we have entered a Boys & Girls team this year in the counties competition. Good luck to our teams

Badminton

We have a small team of go-getters who are keen to give Badminton a go, This season begins every second Wednesday from the 30 May. All the best team.
