Google Forms

Google Forms is a web-based application used to create Forms for data collection purposes. Students and teachers can use Google Forms to make surveys, quizzes, and collect data. The information is then collected and automatically connected to a Google spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is populated with the survey and quiz responses.

This page houses resources on Google Forms including livestreams, documents, links to resources, and ideas for implementation. As with all applications, please feel free to reach out to the Educational Technology Team.

The Google Forms & Sheets: Better Together livestream presented how to create a quiz with self-grading questions and how to view the results in Google Sheets.

In the Google Forms & Sheets: Better Together 2.0 livestream Dana and Tasha take a deeper dive into Forms and Sheets. This stream reviews password-protecting a Form, branching in a Form, and how to manipulate data in Sheets.

The Using Google Forms for Assessment livestream reviews how to create a form and quiz, add different question types, change the theme and settings, preview, share, add sections, and much more!
