Congratulations on completing your first week back to school as Year One Pupils! What a week it has been. We have loved welcoming you back and seeing you settle into your new classrooms. This week, we have been busy settling into new routines, our year-one daily structure, and our environments, while building relationships with both new and old staff and friends. Pupils were very excited to participate in their 'Stunning Start' this module as we introduced our central idea. As a year group, we have noticed how much our pupils love storytime and reading, especially our text 'The Enormous Turnip'. Pupils have been developing their number knowledge up to 10 and beyond, we look forward to strengthening this.
