As a school counselor, I demonstrate the "Caring" attribute by providing a safe, supportive environment where students feel heard, respected, and valued. I listen with empathy and offer guidance without judgment. I believe that small, consistent acts of kindness can have a big impact, and I strive every day to make a positive difference in the lives of the students, families, and staff I work with.

As an ENL teacher and open-minded IB learner, I recognize the uniqueness of every individual. I consider diverse perspectives when making decisions, prioritize the needs of others, and strive to empathize with them. I embrace the differences that contribute to each person's individuality.

I have a growth mindset and value lifelong learning. My goal is to help every student gain confidence, close learning gaps, and reach their full potential through personalized instruction and consistent encouragement.
