Eco Schools at Riverside

At Riverside, we are proud to be developing our Eco Schools programme as we work towards achieving our very first Green Flag Award. Our pupils, supported by staff, are taking an active role in learning about sustainability, caring for their environment, and making positive changes within the school and wider community.

Through regular Eco Committee meetings, environmental projects, and whole-school initiatives, our young people are building awareness around topics such as recycling, energy use, biodiversity, and reducing waste. We are committed to creating a school environment where sustainability is embedded in our daily routines and decision-making.

We look forward to continuing this journey together and celebrating our progress towards securing our first Green Flag.
