CREATE
Create a poster that shows the different types of trees mentioned in "I Love Trees". Include drawings and descriptions.
Create a sensory chart that describes the sounds, sights, smells, and feelings you might experience during a forest walk.
SHARE
Your sensory poster with your teacher, Your picture/poster with your teacher and on your blog
(discuss what you think are the most interesting sounds and sights in the forest.)

Create
a poster using leaves. Lay your leaves on a table with the veins facing up and put a sheet of paper over the top. Using the side of a crayon, colour over the leaves until you see the shapes and patterns magically emerge! Try to get all the details like the veins and crinkly edges.
