This assignment was an essay based on Martin Luther King's (MLK) speech "I Have a Dream". The objective of this assignment was use the three appeals and explain how this speech conveyed them in their specific ways. This assignment relates to the unit because at the time we were learning about the three appeals (Ethos, Pathos, and Logos). This assignment showcased what I am good at since it relapsed how I can use a defendable thesis and prove my points using suffiecient evidence. On the other hand, one thing I can improve is how clear my statements can be when explaining. This is because this is how most of my points got taken off, and also this is a recurring situation where a teacher does not get what I'm saying. What I learned from this assignment is that I have to start writing clearer and concise.
