This assignment was a presentation, based on a story of an injury, and 3 fractures. On this assignment, I worked with Jordyn, and Aaron to ensure an exeptional story of Gabriel. I enjoyed this assignment because we got to make up our scenario which was pretty fun in my opinion. This assignment contrasts to other presentations I have done in the past, by giving me the oppurtunity to create my own scene. What I learned from this assignment is how to collaborate with others to complete a job. This also taught me to come up with my information to find fractures and treatment to cure the injury.
This assignment was an assessment based on the information on skeletons that we learned from Ms. Macri. This assignment had questions on fractures, parts of the skeleton and joints as well. This assignment connects to others by assessing me on different information but using the same format. I could improve on this assignment by studying more and using more test strategies to get at least 90% and above. What I learned from this assignment is how to use my memory and past assignments to develop a cheat sheet to complete this test.
This assignment was a test based on what we learned on the brain. This assessment had questions about the parts of the brain and there functions. I have successfully recieved a 100% on the test which shows how much I have grown on my comprehension since marking period 1. I enjoyed this assignment because it showed how easy the test was, and how well I was paying attention. What I learned from this assignment was to pay more attention in class and to use my time wisely while learning about a topic because we could be tested on it anytime from the first time we learned about it. This could connect to the real world because in a serious situation we could be asked what part of the brain is hurt or what functions are damaged in order for a diagnosis to be determined.
This assignment was a test based on the muscular system and what we learned on that topic. This assignment was one of the hardest assignments for me because I was not really prepared for it. The questions were tricky, but also had what I thought were multiple right answers. This assignment can connect to the real world by using the muscular system to play sports and walk in daily life. What I learned from this assignment is to be more ready for tests and to know that tricky questions are still going to come up. What I can do to improve next time is to plan more and ask questions when I don't understand.
