Access settings: Navigate to the workspace’s Settings by clicking the profile icon in the upper-right corner and selecting "Manage Workspace."

Configure Groups (optional): Groups allow ChatGPT for work customers to control access and permissions more granularly within their workspace.
Before setting up additional provisioning and authentication options, verify ownership of your email domains via the Identity & Provisioning page. This links your email domain with the ChatGPT for work workspace. Learn more about domain verification.
Enable SSO: Provisioned users with email addresses linked to a verified domain can authenticate via the integrated Identity Provider (IdP). Enabling SSO disables password-based authentication. Social logins via Google, Microsoft, and Apple remain supported.
Enforce SSO: This disables social logins for users linked to a verified domain. Learn more about configuring SSO.
Testing: Test the SSO setup to ensure it works correctly before enforcing it.
To help identify your first set of users, here are some common approaches:
Top-down: Have senior leaders allocate resources fairly across departments. This allows you to assess how ChatGPT adds value across teams and democratizes access.
Bottom-up: Set up a request process for users to ask your admin team for access.
Migrate existing users: Identify team members currently using Free or Plus accounts and upgrade them to ChatGPT Enterprise to ensure they receive all enterprise benefits. Once you have confirmed your domain
There are three ways to provision users with access to ChatGPT:
Manual invitations: Workspace owners and admins can invite users manually via the ChatGPT Members page.
Automatic account creation: Users gain access to the workspace automatically based on their email domain when they log in. Learn more about Automatic Account Creation.
Directory sync via SCIM: Users are invited based on membership in specified Identity Provider groups through SCIM provisioning. Learn more about SCIM provisioning.
Analytics access: Only owners and admins can access workspace analytics. Navigate to Workspace Settings > Analytics to review metrics like the total number of users, conversations, messages, and day-by-day usage. Learn more about analytics.
