Stop The Bleed/ Save A Life

OLH/SL staff were privileged to receive training on Stop the Bleed techniques from emergency medical staff from Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in October 2022.  

Each classroom as well as the Health Suite now has a Stop the Bleed Kit in Case of Emergency.  No one wants to imagine an unthinkable tragedy, but knowing how to provide immediate emergency care can save a life, not just in a school setting, but anywhere.
