A Hearing & Vision Screening will available during the school year.

Free Screenings are offered annually to:

• Pre-K, those 4 years of age only

• Kindergarten, if not already screened in the previous year in Pre-K

• Grade 1

• Grade 4

• Grade 8

• Any student for whom there is a vision or hearing concern

Consent forms will be distributed in advance and must be returned prior to the screening date.

No student can be screened without a signed consent.
