Scenario: Workload Fairness
Aaliyah is part of a tree-planting crew. She notices that she and one other worker are being given heavier planting areas while others are assigned easier sections. Aaliyah feels frustrated and tired but worries that speaking up may cause conflict within the team. At the same time, she feels the workload should be shared fairly. She must decide how to address the situation without creating resentment.
