A person tending plants in a greenhouse.
Scenario: Competing Priorities in the Greenhouse
Sofia is working at a greenhouse when she notices the tomato plants starting to droop near the end of her shift. Earlier that morning, her supervisor told her the plants needed extra watering because of the heat. Later, another worker told Sofia not to water because the team is trying to reduce water use and finish packing orders faster. Sofia now feels stressed and unsure what to do. She understands both concerns: plant health is important, but the team is also under pressure to meet deadlines. Sofia does not want to cause conflict or seem difficult, but she also does not want the plants to be damaged. She needs to decide how to respond in a way that protects the crop and keeps working relationships positive.
